USGI wrist and ankle cuffs. Leather cuffs and belts. New unissued. These are the upper picture and are leather and steel. No plastic is used. This set comes with two wrist cuffs and a waist belt. Two ankle cuffs and a belt to tie the two together. Also comes with two special keys to unlock. Watch some of the film from Gitmo and you will see these in use. Also used by the US Marshalls service.
